Project Manager Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
• Drive process re-engineering by analyzing, modeling, and reinventing key activities to improve usability and user experience.
• Identify synergies between different countries within the group to standardize common processes and share learnings.
• Monitor project success and process efficiency through the definition and tracking of KPIs.
• Promote the scalability and transversality of digital processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological project management.
• Proven experience managing projects involving SAP, Salesforce, BlueYonder, Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, and infrastructure integrations.
• Fluent English skills for working within an international team environment.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to execute radical process transformations.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or formal training in Artificial Intelligence.
