About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
- Drive process re-engineering by analyzing, modeling, and reinventing key activities to improve usability and user experience.
- Identify synergies between different countries within the group to standardize common processes and share learnings.
- Monitor project success and process efficiency through the definition and tracking of KPIs.
- Promote the scalability and transversality of digital processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological project management.
- Proven experience managing projects involving SAP, Salesforce, BlueYonder, Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, and infrastructure integrations.
- Fluent English skills for working within an international team environment.
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to execute radical process transformations.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or formal training in Artificial Intelligence.
