Project Manager Digital Security Projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate digital security projects from start to finish
• Identify threats and perform risk assessments
• Develop security strategies and ensure compliance with laws and standards
• Implement security technology and establish routines and processes
• Manage preparedness and incident handling
• Work with procurement and implementation of OT, IoT, and IT solutions
• Collaborate closely with clients to build a strong security culture

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science, technology, cybersecurity, or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity projects
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technology
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Strategic and structured mindset with strong communication skills in Norwegian
• Ability to obtain security clearance (Secret level or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting role
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
