Project Manager Digital IP and Product Development

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to high complexity projects and sub-projects within the Research & Development team
• Plan and execute assigned projects from initiation through to closure
• Lead diverse, cross-functional project teams and assign responsibilities to project members
• Continuously assess project risks and implement effective mitigation plans
• Monitor project progress and manage constraints to ensure successful delivery
• Identify and manage changes to maintain defined scope, timeline, and budget

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or in Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German is a strong asset
• Ability to navigate global team dynamics and demonstrate intercultural competence
• Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and risk mitigation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2)
