Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project plans across internal teams and external partners
• Ensure alignment on milestones, timelines, owners, and deliverables
• Track progress against plan and ensure clear ownership and due dates
• Manage pilot lifecycle including planning, kickoff, execution, and closeout
• Serve as a key point of coordination for external customers and partners
• Manage customer requests end-to-end from intake to delivery
• Establish meeting cadences and facilitate working sessions
• Identify and track risks, delays, and sequencing conflicts
• Drive mitigation planning and escalate issues to leadership
• Coordinate across Product, Sales, and Operations teams
• Manage program-related logistics including NDAs and documentation

Requirements

• 3–7 years in program management, project management, or operations
• Strong program planning and dependency mapping skills
• Experience driving execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives (hardware, partner integrations, dashboard reporting)
• Experience in SaaS, retail, or multi-party ecosystem environments
