Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources
• Establish work plan outlines with staff and assign duties
• Provide technical advice and troubleshooting to staff
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects are on schedule and within budgeted scope
• Review status reports prepared by staff and implement necessary changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong understanding of Excel
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction software such as Procore
