Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Review construction project plans and specifications to determine materials needed and order materials
• Operate within customer specified budget parameters and coordinate with outside vendors for schedules and installs
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budgeted scope
• Present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers
• Communicate technical findings of technicians to clients and customers
• Follow administrative procedures for managing projects on time and under budget
• Monitor submittals and track job materials
• Maintain job files to ensure projects are completed and billed accurately
• Work with strategic partners and internal service teams to adhere to service level agreements

Requirements

• Construction Management Degree or two years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment
• Mechanically minded or inclined
• Strong mathematical ability for verifying bids
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, customer relations, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
