About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development projects in technical sun protection from initial idea to market launch
- Lead cross-functional core teams
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Take responsibility for costs, quality, and deadlines
- Present milestone reports
- Develop and design plastic parts, extruded profiles, aluminum die-cast parts, and assemblies
- Conceptualize and evaluate testing procedures
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or a comparable field
- Experience in managing complex technical projects, preferably in a design environment
- Confident demeanor, sociability, and strong teamwork skills
- Innovative thinking and creativity
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Proficiency in standard MS Office programs
