Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project logistics for global and local clients, specializing in heavy-lift and oversized cargo.
• Plan and execute export/import operations, including route surveys, feasibility studies, budgeting, and risk assessments.
• Lead relationships with carriers, suppliers, subcontractors, and terminals.
• Supervise loading, discharging, and on-site operations at ports and job sites.
• Serve as the primary client contact for operations, communication, and escalations.
• Prepare and participate in RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Handle cost calculations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with QHSES (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Security) standards.
• Conduct negotiations with carriers and haulers to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in project cargo logistics, including heavy-lift, oversized, and multimodal transport.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution, including planning and risk control.
• Solid commercial skills, including RFQs/RFIs, tender preparation, and costing.
• Knowledge of QHSES standards with hands-on site supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for cross-functional team coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CargoWise or similar Transport Management Systems (TMS).
