Project Manager (Design) IV

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-complexity projects related to game releases, integrations, and platform improvements across multiple environments and jurisdictions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Game Development, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and Operations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand deployment pipelines, environment dependencies, and infrastructure constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks in game certification, deployment, and release processes and propose improvements.
• Maintain clear project documentation including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Align technical and non-technical stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within gaming, software, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and product domains.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience working specifically within the iGaming or gaming industry.
• Basic understanding of game certification, regulatory environments, or market launches.
