Project Manager - Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management commissions from inception through completion
• Provide strategic support on major design projects and manage service delivery
• Manage design consultants and coordinate consultant appointments
• Oversee commercial and budget management for projects in the Rs5 crore to Rs10 crore range
• Lead and mentor project teams to promote innovation and accountability
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and site personnel
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior management
• Customize design solutions to meet client requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, or related field
• 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in project management or design consultancy
• Proven expertise in design project delivery and design management
• Proficiency with design management tools and project management platforms
• Experience managing budgets in the Rs5 crore to Rs10 crore range
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Advanced stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
