Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Technology team as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within approved limits.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and Business Analysts.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and changes to project scope through robust control processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
• Foster a collaborative team environment through mentoring, coaching, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 13+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years specifically in project management.
• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master within technology-driven or product development environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience managing projects involving niche technologies like Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, or automation solutions.
• Background in creative technology or the creative industry.
