Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver outputs within defined scope, time, cost, and quality constraints
• Define, delegate, and manage team roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare, manage, and control project budgets, including monitoring forecasts and actual costs
• Develop and document key project components such as schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments
• Establish effective project governance and decision-making structures
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues while managing interdependencies
• Maintain project schedules and resource allocation plans to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Master's degree
