Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects
• Manage stakeholders including engineering, project delivery teams, consultants, and EPC companies
• Analyze project challenges, structure tasks, and clarify resource requirements
• Prepare project planning, kick-off, and closing documentation
• Optimize and improve processes and overall project approaches
• Design and perform risk management plans to minimize project risks
• Coordinate project progress and ensure technical feasibility and delivery
• Organize and support qualification tests to secure quality
• Provide project management support to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System/Solution Project Management
• Experience in utility-scale project management is an advantage
• Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
• Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch, German, or Mandarin
