Project Manager - Delivery Experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate end-to-end delivery experience projects, including last mile logistics and premium services.
• Define project requirements, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Analyze operational data to identify risks, deviations, and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive the roadmap for premium delivery offerings such as next-day and time-slot deliveries.
• Own the strategy to increase Out-of-Home (OOH) delivery share, including parcel lockers and pickup points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Fulfillment, Finance, and external carriers.
• Monitor KPIs including service levels, costs, efficiency, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare business cases, cost models, and regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, e-commerce, or logistics environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum).
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment.
