Project Manager Defense

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, definition, execution, and closure of technical projects.
• Manage resources, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure objectives are met.
• Supervise project budgets and control costs to maintain economic margins.
• Identify and mitigate risks by designing effective contingency plans.
• Ensure quality control so that all deliverables meet client and organizational standards.
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and clients regarding project progress.
• Oversee environmental management within projects to minimize waste and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of Defense and Security systems.
• Proficiency in military project regulations, including PECAL 2110 and MIL-STD.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level.
• Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and professional responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Experience working directly with clients in the defense sector.
• Knowledge of ISO 15289 standards.
