Project Manager - Defence Systems & Electronics

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of departmental projects from scope definition through execution
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and plans while ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to accomplish project objectives
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and expenditure scheduling
• Create and maintain project documentation for planning, risk management, and reporting
• Perform risk assessments and manage mitigation actions for scope, schedule, and cost changes
• Measure project performance and report progress regularly to management and clients
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
• Ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to throughout all project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within the defense industry
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
