Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage day-to-day execution of 5–8 small to medium-sized infrastructure projects
• Coordinate staff assignments and facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project deliverables across multiple Agile teams and business units
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership
• Manage project change requests and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to ensure adherence to standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management
• Experience in systems development or support
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Master's Certificate in Project Management
• Experience working in a SAFe environment
• Experience with PPM and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Exposure to networking, cloud infrastructure, architecture, or database management
