Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology and business teams to launch sales event campaigns, regional websites, and support email product execution
• Manage Agile user stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria
• Maintain real-time project visibility and deliverable tracking via Jira
• Serve as a proactive point of contact for agency partners and client stakeholders
• Facilitate structured meetings and distribute documented decisions and next steps
• Coordinate with Application Managers for release planning and conduct Go/No-Go readiness reviews
• Support QA teams to ensure accuracy of regional and national offers
• Identify and mitigate technical blockers and process inefficiencies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology or digital delivery environment
• Proven experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in high-touch, client-facing roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Atlassian Jira or Confluence
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or retail promotional campaigns
• Experience with digital pricing engines, vehicle configuration tools, or incentives platforms
• Experience supporting email marketing production and QA cycles
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS
• Familiarity with automotive retail or Tier 2/Tier 3 dealer networks
