Project Manager - Datacenter Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning by defining scope, developing schedules, and establishing budgets
• Manage the full contractor lifecycle including selection, negotiation, and on-site supervision
• Mitigate project risks regarding budget, schedule, and on-site emergencies
• Ensure all safety standards and compliance codes are strictly met
• Provide regular project velocity updates and financial budget reports to leadership
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Solid electrical background with experience in medium- and low-voltage power systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Thorough understanding of construction contracts and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in architectural/engineering drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
