Project Manager (Data Platform)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software project delivery from initiation to release, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Manage resource allocation, budget oversight, and strategic tool deployment to optimize project ROI.
• Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively manage dependencies and delays.
• Guide Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint execution, backlog management, and version planning.
• Maintain essential documentation, including the tracking of BRD/PRD progress and delivery milestones.
• Identify potential risks early and provide data-informed decisions to remove blockers and navigate trade-offs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional project management experience within the technology sector.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and object-oriented analysis.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation such as BRDs and PRDs.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and interdisciplinary environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency trading industry.
• Familiarity with the unique regulatory and technical challenges of the fintech market.
• Prior experience working with web-based systems or large-scale online platforms.
