Project Manager - Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Ensure client objectives are met regarding time, cost, and quality standards
• Establish project success criteria, including technical and performance parameters
• Develop detailed project plans and establish effective project governance
• Manage change control processes and monitor project finances
• Facilitate information flow between the project team and the client
• Manage financial tasks including client invoicing and project financial monitoring
• Interface with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management experience
• Experience in design, management, or construction within a general construction environment
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for medium-sized construction projects
• Experience working within the Australian market or on Australian projects
• Business development and client-facing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
