Project Manager (Data Centre)

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and key milestones while providing governance to the project team.
• Manage project schedules to ensure alignment with contractual timings and practical construction requirements.
• Oversee procurement processes and provide functional support to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed budgets, including resource allocation, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Implement risk management processes, including the maintenance of Risk Registers and the development of mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communications, build relationships with clients, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Execute contract management duties, including reviewing agreements and managing change orders to prevent scope creep.
• Ensure quality management and adherence to the Cushman & Wakefield Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Lead and mentor project teams, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scope, budget, and risk management within a project environment.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder and contract management.
• Demonstrated ability in procurement and quality management.
• Proficiency in project controls, including financial reporting and schedule monitoring.
• Experience managing complex projects, ideally within the data centre or infrastructure sector.
