Project Manager - Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Advise at a strategic level during project conception
• Lead establishment of success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Develop detailed project plans and manage procurement of resources
• Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance via KPIs
• Manage change control processes and project finances
• Facilitate information flow between the team and the client
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages

Requirements

• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
• Chartered status or currently on path to achieving it
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Expertise in project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Experience in general construction (residential, office, fit-outs, health, or education)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
