Project Manager, Data Center Construction Projects

Responsibilities

• Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight for data center projects
• Act as client representative to ensure successful project outcomes
• Advise on strategic project conception, procurement, and resource allocation
• Manage contracts, budgets, and project execution plans
• Proactively manage construction risks and HES (Health, Environment, and Safety) registers
• Support the design process by reviewing drawings for constructability
• Coordinate RFI and Submittal processes in alignment with cost budgets
• Maintain project schedules and track critical milestones
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Oversee project closeout, including as-built documentation review

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Engineering or Architecture degree
• Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification
• Consultant experience
