About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple, concurrent, high-complexity projects from initiation to close-out, including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation
- Act as the central point of accountability for all project-related functions and governance
- Drive organization-wide change through comprehensive stakeholder management and collaboration with executive leadership
- Implement strategic initiatives focused on policy development, process standardization, and regulatory compliance
- Produce high-quality documentation and deliverables following departmental best practices
- Supervise cross-functional project team members and facilitate communication between technical and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management and leading organizational change initiatives
- Proven experience with projects focused on policy development, process improvement, or regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Project, and SharePoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health Science, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Knowledge of emerging trends and frameworks in data and analytics
- Experience working within a complex public sector organization or healthcare institution
