Project Manager, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, concurrent, high-complexity projects from initiation to close-out, including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation
• Act as the central point of accountability for all project-related functions and governance
• Drive organization-wide change through comprehensive stakeholder management and collaboration with executive leadership
• Implement strategic initiatives focused on policy development, process standardization, and regulatory compliance
• Produce high-quality documentation and deliverables following departmental best practices
• Supervise cross-functional project team members and facilitate communication between technical and clinical stakeholders

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management and leading organizational change initiatives
• Proven experience with projects focused on policy development, process improvement, or regulatory compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Project, and SharePoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Science, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
• Knowledge of emerging trends and frameworks in data and analytics
• Experience working within a complex public sector organization or healthcare institution
