Project Manager - Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams delivering data engineering, BI, and analytics solutions
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
• Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies for complex data/analytics programs
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide regular status updates and dashboards to leadership
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and the SAFe framework

Requirements

• 12 to 18 years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional Agile teams and large-scale programs
• Experience in data engineering, analytics, or product development environments
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Kendis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
