Project Manager Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects and vulnerability remediation initiatives.
• Coordinate technical teams across infrastructure, security, operations, and business areas.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation and closure.
• Define and optimize agile processes for patch management.
• Monitor technological architecture dependencies and identify process bottlenecks.
• Evaluate risks associated with changes, updates, and remediation activities.
• Design and execute action plans for risk and incident mitigation.
• Generate executive reports, metrics, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and agile best practices.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technological transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of technological architectures and system dependencies.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level) is indispensable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Vulnerability Management and Patch Management processes.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Professional certifications such as Scrum, PMP, or SAFe.
• Experience working within the financial or insurance sectors.
