Project Manager Customer Adaptation

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface and voice for Customer Adaptation (CA) in product projects and introductions.
• Lead proactive preparation for future projects to identify impacts on capacity, investments, and personnel.
• Translate project plans and timings into concrete actions and priorities for the CA team.
• Build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders within the factory, the region, and the global organization.
• Analyze the impact of product and process changes on feasibility studies, quotes, and design activities.
• Coordinate workload forecasting and resource planning for CA within assigned projects.
• Monitor progress against project milestones, identify risks early, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide clear and visual reporting on the status of CA within various projects.

Requirements

• Affinity with engineering, production, or customer adaptation processes.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within a cross-functional or international environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PSM and/or DVP.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and verbal).
• Strong social and communication skills with the ability to represent the department to local and global stakeholders.
• A proactive, structured working style with a positive "can-do" mentality.
• Ability to be persuasive and diplomatic while remaining an effective listener.
