Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across capital works, refurbishments, fit-outs, building upgrades, and maintenance programs.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within agreed budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and detailed project reports.
• Manage project controls, variations, risks, issues, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, landlords, and tenants.
• Support procurement planning and contractor selection processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with project management, safety, quality, risk, and document control processes.
• Lead project meetings and mentor junior team members to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must hold Australian citizenship.
• 3-5 years of construction or project management experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience delivering projects in live operational environments.
• Degree in building surveying, project management, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation or working towards RICS, AIPM, PMP, or similar certifications.
