Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet performance and budgetary criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple actuator platforms.
• Ensure Stage-Gate readiness by verifying that entry/exit criteria, artifacts, and approvals are complete and traceable.
• Identify, monitor, and proactively mitigate project risks and business challenges.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to meet milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by building KPI dashboards and analyzing data to identify systemic issues.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering degree.
• 5-7 years of engineering or engineering project management experience in a similar industry.
• Strong technical background in mechanical or embedded electrical/software systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic scheduling methods.
• Must be a US Person.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
