Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute highly technical projects throughout the full life cycle, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality objectives.
• Create and maintain Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Communication Plans.
• Manage project scope, perform integrated change control, and conduct risk management planning and analysis.
• Control project costs and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Senior Management Team.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments including Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Manage external customer relationships and support procurement in maintaining key supplier relationships.
• Lead, develop, and mentor project team members, mediating issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Project Management qualification (PMI, APM, or global equivalent).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Action-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree-level education in a relevant field.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as nuclear, aerospace, or defense.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale engineering development programmes.
