Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy for the planning and execution of all development and production orders and projects within the nuclear business unit
• Manage key project elements including schedule, cost, resources, risks, and adherence to technical performance plans
• Analyze, track, and communicate order schedules and budgets to senior management
• Manage orders from initial placement through final delivery, resolving issues as they arise
• Identify and implement recovery plans for high-risk or off-schedule events
• Coordinate with engineering resources and multiple internal departments to manage dependencies and priorities
• Participate in the contract and bid review process to ensure all contract deliveries are met

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in program management, business management/administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering prints
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as nuclear, aerospace, or oil and gas
