Project Manager cum Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, gap analysis, planning, execution, delivery, and support.
• Conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder analysis to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for development teams.
• Perform process reengineering and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage feature prioritization using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano.
• Lead projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams regarding APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams to communicate ideas effectively.
• Use JIRA for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• EdTech domain experience is highly preferred.
