Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of showroom projects, including managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Act as the central coordination point across internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Collaborate on location and property sourcing as required
• Support lease negotiations, providing commercial input and coordinating with legal advisors
• Ensure all construction projects meet the specific requirements of our insurer
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and roadblocks to ensure proactive resolution
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement in workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a retail or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and contract management
• Demonstrated ability in risk management and organizational excellence
• High attention to detail with the ability to establish standardized workflows and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across departments
