Responsibilities

• Lead and support program management and governance activities
• Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and reporting
• Facilitate change management initiatives and leadership programs
• Provide consulting support to stakeholders and project teams
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct analysis, facilitate meetings, and present recommendations to leadership
• Ensure effective use of time, resources, and project deliverables
• Support strategic decision-making and operational improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in program management, support, change management, or governance consulting within Federal or State agencies
• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) required
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical, consulting, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and implementing leadership initiatives
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a practical approach to execution

Preferred Qualifications

• CBP BI Clearance preferred
