The company handles everything from small repair tasks to large, complex new constructions, specializing in interiors, technical insulation, and specialized maritime environments.

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and executing own projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
• Involvement in tendering, procurement, and resource allocation
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring progress, time, resources, economy, and quality
• Contributing to continuous process optimization and development of workflows, material selection, and logistics
• Daily contact and coordination with on-site supervisors, production, and external partners
• Ensuring safety, structure, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience as a project manager, preferably within offshore or marine projects (outfitting, interior, or technical installations)
• Education as an Engineer, Construction Technologist (Konstruktør), or Marine Engineer (Maskinmester)
• Professional fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
• Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain high quality and detail focus
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing projects in demanding environments (limited space, noise restrictions, high safety requirements)
