Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of power distribution and protection system projects to ensure completion on-time and within budget
• Review project scope and develop schedules, communicating action items to engineering, purchasing, production, and quality control departments
• Manage project development from conception through completion for both large and small-scale programs
• Coordinate and lead meetings with customers to discuss project scope, requirements, and schedule updates
• Manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, and construction contracts for assigned projects
• Track project performance and communicate changes to customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the design group to adjust plans or specifications as needed and submit change orders
• Compare actual development costs against initial estimates to ensure cost containment

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Project Management preferred)
• 3-7 years of project management experience
• Experience in utilities, substation engineering, or telecom industries
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Formal coursework or specialized training in project management
