Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contractor operations supporting CBP hiring and personnel processing
• Oversee task order execution, workforce management, and performance oversight
• Serve as the primary point of contact between contractor personnel and government leadership
• Plan and direct all task order activities to ensure contract compliance
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and management of contractor personnel
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions
• Manage timekeeping, staffing levels, and surge support requirements
• Lead team meetings, briefings, and coordination efforts

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of program or project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/workforce management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting HR, staffing, or government operations
