Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including concepting, development, execution, and evaluation
• Ensure team alignment on project tools and workflows such as Smartsheet and Figma
• Facilitate clear communication between creative, strategy, production, and account teams
• Identify project blockers early and propose effective solutions
• Maintain a big-picture view of integrated campaigns to ensure ecosystem alignment
• Act as the internal point of contact for assigned projects, running meetings and communicating risks
• Lead small to medium-sized projects with budgets up to $500K
• Perform financial analysis and report on project health, including burn rates and budget utilization
• Mentor emerging talent and participate in global Project Delivery initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects like site builds, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns
• Experience in digital, creative, or marketing agencies, ideally on global accounts
• Background in integrated campaigns (digital, CRM, social, retail, mass media)
• Advanced English fluency for working with international teams
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Mastery of office productivity tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale digital projects
