Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects
• Ensure work conforms to project objectives, quality requirements, and performance metrics
• Manage client relationships to ensure positive experiences and future work
• Lead projects incorporating multiple disciplines
• Manage subcontractors, project budgets, schedules, and staffing
• Oversee safety, change management, and project control/reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of successful Project Management experience, preferably in a design firm
• Foundational understanding of core engineering disciplines and project execution
• Ability to obtain industry certifications such as PMP or AECPMA

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
