Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets from conceptualization to launch
• Ensure projects meet product specifications, performance standards, and timelines
• Oversee project progress by confirming completion of various department responsibilities
• Develop reports to track key metrics and continuous improvement efforts
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve project management systems
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ISO requirements
• Estimate project effort and resource requirements using standard techniques
• Work closely with global facilities, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business
• 7+ years of design or detailed product development experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and identify critical paths
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification, Scrum Master, or related project management credentials
• Experience in injection molding
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 13485:2016
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
• Familiarity with RFID or electromechanical devices
