Responsibilities

• Visit shortlisted properties to assess building technical quality (infrastructure and MEP) and operations
• Prepare and manage all property onboarding timelines
• Review and calculate capital expenditure budgets during the acquisition process
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and property owners to ensure preparatory tasks are fulfilled
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for new properties
• Supervise utilities/services installation and standardized household item preparation
• Support ad-hoc operations and solve building technical problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English fluency
• Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operational workflows and building systems (structural & MEP)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work weekends if required
