Project Manager Cost Estimation

Responsibilities

• Early-phase calculation and cost estimation
• Development of economic models and calculations
• Calculation work in collaborative contracts on the client side
• Feasibility studies and early-phase cost calculations
• Cost assessments regarding energy and environment
• Calculation of life cycle costs (LCC)

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of calculation experience from client and/or contractor sides
• Experience with large-scale projects
• Proficiency in calculation software such as Solibri, Excel, ISY ByggOffice, ISY Calcus, or MAP
