Project Manager - Construction & Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned construction projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and vendor performance
• Ensure all work adheres to safety, environmental, and quality standards while driving proactive hazard resolution
• Develop and maintain project financials, including estimates, forecasts, cash flow, and cost controls
• Build and manage detailed project schedules and coordinate multi-functional alignment to remove roadblocks
• Lead design reviews, competitive bidding, contract execution, and project programming activities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a primary project manager for highly technical construction projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
• Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive decisions using structured methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other recognized project management certification
• Experience in semiconductor or similarly complex industrial construction environments
• Background in business process improvement or risk/failure mode analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-functional initiatives
