Project Manager Construction

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute expanded shell construction projects in the Munich metropolitan area
• Lead renovation, conversion, and maintenance measures within industrial and commercial environments
• Coordinate construction execution to meet technical, economic, and scheduling objectives
• Manage and plan the deployment of internal commercial staff and subcontractors
• Prepare and update construction schedules and workflow plans
• Monitor construction progress, quality, costs, and overall site results
• Oversee the control, acceptance, and billing of subcontractor services
• Ensure structured, digital, and transparent project documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, technical training (Technician/Master), or a comparable technical qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in construction management or project management, ideally in renovation or existing building construction
• Deep understanding of construction processes, structural design, and economic project control
• Proven experience leading commercial personnel and coordinating subcontractors
• Strong organizational skills and an independent, entrepreneurial way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with iTWO or similar calculation/billing software is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented approach
