Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and operational partner for enterprise life sciences customers
• Own the overall health, execution, and success of assigned customer engagements from onboarding through study close-out
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing expectations around timelines, deliverables, and risks
• Lead recurring customer status meetings, implementation reviews, and operational check-ins
• Proactively monitor customer engagement and adoption to identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional execution between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Facilitate data transfers and operational workflows in alignment with customer requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or implementation management
• Experience working with enterprise customers in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, CRO, or life sciences industries
• Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding for SaaS, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
