About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Trade Finance and Liquidity Management solutions
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, and risk management strategies
- Oversee all project phases using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior management and business stakeholders
- Apply deep knowledge of Trade Finance products and SWIFT messaging standards
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditure and financial performance
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 10 to 12 years of progressively responsible IT experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking domain
- Proven experience with Oracle Digital banking implementation
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance processes (LCs, Guarantees, Bills)
- Deep understanding of Liquidity and Cash Management (sweeping, pooling, netting, SWIFT)
- Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2)
- Previous experience working in the GCC region
