About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop project charters, integrated plans, resource, and contingency strategies
- Assess trade-offs and manage risks, costs, and stakeholder value
- Track financials and reconcile project expenditures
- Facilitate checkpoints and governance forums
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and publish regular reports
- Ensure compliance with project methodology and success metrics
Requirements
- Solid experience in project management
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP/PMI certification
- Experience in Transport or Ticketing projects
