Project Manager, Compliance and Security

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Compliance and Security workstream plan, including milestones, deliverables, and risks
• Coordinate SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and related audit-readiness activities
• Maintain the compliance task registry and drive evidence-readiness activities
• Support mapping of policies and procedures against compliance and security control requirements
• Coordinate remediation planning across Change, Incident, Access, and Vulnerability Management
• Facilitate workshops, control reviews, and stakeholder checkpoints
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates
• Escalate audit-readiness risks, missing ownership, and evidence gaps
• Coordinate with adjacent program streams including network transformation and ITSM

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in compliance, security, or IT governance
• Experience managing SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, or GDPR audit-readiness initiatives
• Practical understanding of security controls and evidence collection
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Security, IT, and Engineering
• Strong experience with RAID management and executive reporting
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or GRC platforms
• Strong communication skills to clarify ownership and drive closure

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 certifications
• Experience coordinating evidence across fragmented platforms or distributed teams
• Understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and security architecture
