Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial

Responsibilities

• Manage all project aspects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, and design review
• Collaborate with owners and design teams to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope of work and provide value engineering solutions
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings to ensure project alignment
• Partner with Superintendents to maintain safety, quality control, and adherence to the schedule
• Make critical decisions under tight deadlines to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of project management experience, specifically with large commercial or light industrial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working within a design/build project framework
